Mismatched rooms and rude behaviour at the reception also if you go there stay and stay at one place it is ok rest it is very far from the city and every now and then you need a transport that you yourself need to organise and if you are with your family better avoid this place as they will keep you away at different floors and if you are lucky they will find you a room on same floor but very far corners that too with much oblige

We traveled with a group celebrating a birthday, the facilities are outstanding and the staff were attentive, the food available was a very high standard, with plenty of variety and the drinks cold, we spent some time around the pool and really enjoyed our short stay, we'll be back again soon

Just completed my 3 nights stay with two nights at the newly upgraded premium deluxe with part ocean view, and one night in pool access Lanai room. Would like to mention to front staffs like Omelet and Honey for their services at the front desk. The only thing that I found out for the premium is it does not have international UK power point on the wall but typical Thai type(2-pin). It does provide USB port but I think having a UK type power point is much useful for most travellers. Bed is comfy and wide and expect a Smart TV for the newly refurbished room but as usual like most other newer hotels in Thailand, Smart tv not found. The beachfront restaurant and bar serve very good food and breakfast were very good too. As an Accor Plus member, I got discount for my restaurant and bar spending which are good. I didn't spend much time outside due to the rain last few days but that does not damper my stay here .. overall a good resort in the quiet area of Wong Amat beach!

Have been visiting Pullman G pattaya for a few occations. The hotel have got very good factility. Good Pool ( staying Poll access Room) but hotel needs some maintaining to do. House keep ENG is doing amazing job. Also thank you all staffs at Pullman G pattaya. will return for the next visit

The hotel is lovely and clean and right on the beach. The beds are comfortable, the room large with balcony with sea view, nice relaxed area. The staff are all very friendly but a huge thanks to Leo and Peter who work tirelessly in the dinning area and were there every morning to greet us and find us a table, and Leo who brought us as many cappuccinos as we could drink each morning. We did experience a lightening storm whilst on the beach and the restaurant staff, once again were very helpful and confident despite the torrential rain that was plummenting down, very reassuring.
